Find your True North at Wanderlust Whistler
Wanderlust is the mother of all yoga retreats and most definitely belongs on your summer bucket list.
Wanderlust Festivals are all-out celebrations of mindful living. Combine that with one of the most spectacular places on the planet and you have an unforgettable weekend adventure!
This years event is no less amazing musically speaking, Michael Franti performs Saturday Aug 1 at Whistler Olympic Plaza at 7pm. Also performing during the festival is Nahko and Medicine for the People, High and Mighty Brass Band and MC Yogi.
Stephanie Florian sums it up in the Westender:
With so many amazing teachers on the roster like Seane Corn, Shiva Rea and Ana Forest to name a few, you may also recognize a few of your favorite local lululemon ambassadors. Take your time planning and mapping your classes in order to enrich and embrace your overall Wanderlust experience. Hard core yogis will love the back-to-back classes offered all day (many of them outdoors) but don’t forget to mix in some chanting, lectures, hooping, hikes, runs, slackline and chill time. New this year are the Soulscape yoga classes accompanied by DJs and rocking playlists. Be prepared to experience a flashback, as this year’s playlists will include Pink Floyd and the Police. I highly recommend any class or event led by MC Yogi. Rumor has it he will be leading the Yogi Tribe celebration this year, a final wrap party to end the festival.
Unplug the ordinary and discover the extraordinary.
The Wanderlust Whistler experience includes:

Grass-fed, cold-pressed, small-batch, gluten-free … if it’s got a hyphen and is good to eat, it’s likely at Wanderlust. Wanderlust offers healthy fare throughout the festival, whether you’re grabbing a quick bite from the hand-picked vendors in our Food Co-op or sitting down at the Farm to Table Dinner, our mountain top local food experience. For those with a wee bit of thirst, we also offer Wanderlust Uncorked, small gatherings featuring the best craft wine & beer and even better company.
